Compensation Jobs seeks a Sr. Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and evolve enterprise compensation programs.
You will advise HR Business Partners and leaders on market pricing, job architecture, and equity, driving data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Talent teams. You’ll lead analyses, governance, and communications, shaping bases for pay decisions, incentive plans, and executive compensation.
