Job description
CNA Insurance is looking for a Complex Claims Consultant located in the NYC area to manage mid to high-severity claims. This role requires skills in negotiation, analysis, and exceptional customer service as you interact with insureds, attorneys, and brokers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial insurance, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. A hybrid work model is provided while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
