Job description
Caterpillar is seeking a Connectivity Product Support professional to collaborate with partners and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the telematics ecosystem.
You will validate data quality, support integration efforts, and analyze machine and network data to drive improvements. This role requires travel up to 25% and relocation to Mossville IL or Irving, TX, with strong diagnostic tool experience.
