Job description
The Hartford is seeking an experienced Middle & Large Business Construction Underwriter in California. You will lead underwriting and pricing for complex construction risks, work with agents and internal teams, and drive retention and cross-sell opportunities.
This role requires travel and a hybrid office schedule. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction casualty underwriting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
