ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, seeks a senior attorney with 10+ years of EPC experience to lead drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex construction agreements. You will advise executives on commercial and regulatory matters, manage risk, and collaborate with offices across the United States.
You will train non-legal business operators, guide dispute avoidance, and support project teams, contributing to ARCO's growth and successful project execution.
