Job description
Banc of California is seeking a Construction Disbursement professional to support complex commercial lending and construction financing. You will manage the Master Funding Ledger, coordinate with REIG lenders and borrowers, and ensure budgets and funding requests are properly tracked throughout the life of the project.
The role requires 3–5 years in construction disbursement and commercial lending, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
