Job description
Goldstone Partners, LLC is seeking a senior construction estimator in Colorado to lead developing accurate, competitive bids for multifamily, residential, and commercial projects from site walk-through to final submission. With 10+ years of estimating experience, you translate plans and specs into numbers that win work and present them to stakeholders.
You will handle government RFPs, manage subcontractor pricing, review plans, and collaborate with project managers.
