Job description
Bear Real Estate Group in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Construction Controller to lead the financial operations of the CMA and Bear Homes divisions, overseeing job-cost accounting, WIP, revenue recognition, and project controls. You will partner with construction leadership to drive margins, cash flow, and risk management.
The role reports to the CFO and requires 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in construction or homebuilding, with strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
