Arcadis, a leader in sustainable design and consultancy, seeks a Construction Monitoring / Due Diligence Consultant focused on development monitoring. You will deliver technical due diligence, monitor construction phases, and support risk assessment for lenders and investors.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, liaise with clients, and provide clear, actionable insights to mitigate risk and maximize equity returns on complex projects across the US.
