Job description
Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Operations Director for the Los Angeles/Ventura area to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with Business Unit Leaders to drive budgets, schedules, risk management and client satisfaction.
You will mentor field teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and corporate policies, and help win new work through proactive relationship building.
