Job description
The Greenridge Group in Los Angeles is seeking experienced Senior Construction/Project Managers for SPM/SPM II assignments supporting LAUSD. You will provide senior-level PM oversight across multiple school projects, guiding OARs and project teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Responsibilities include reviewing change orders, resolving complex issues, coordinating with architects, consultants and LAUSD departments, and driving cost controls, payment applications, and quality administration
