Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a San Antonio, TX client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Senior Construction Project Manager position. Our client’s work portfolio has grown substantially, and they are looking for entrepreneurial people who can grow with them.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:
Managing design/build construction process
Oversee own jobs with strong leadership skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
10 years of direct experience in industrial construction
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
Salary Range: $130-180K
