Job description
Construction Material Testing in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a Construction Quality Manager II to lead the quality control program on large multi-phase projects, including heavy civil and federal work under USACE/NAVFAC quality requirements. You will write the project QA plan, run three-phase control meetings, supervise QC inspectors, coordinate lab testing and certifications, and own NCR resolution.
