Centurion Selection is seeking a Senior Consultant to own and grow our California construction practice from San Diego. You will win clients, source and place candidates, and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle with autonomy and direct access to senior leadership.
You'll build your own desk, control the pipeline, and enjoy an uncapped commission structure that rewards your results and initiative, while shaping the growth of our California business from the ground up.
