Job description
Hoar is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead and coordinate construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee site staff and subs, read plans, and drive schedules and budgets while mentoring teams and coordinating with Project Managers.
This role may require up to 100% travel, with responsibilities spanning daily field operations, reporting, and implementation of recovery plans as needed to meet contract requirements.
