Job description
Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent II to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a defined area, while enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
You will develop and manage project schedules, oversee site logistics, and mentor team members to drive performance and safety. This role requires strong leadership, detail-orientation, and the ability to travel as needed.
