Job description
Greystar seeks a Superintendent in Seattle to drive on-time, on-budget completion of development and construction projects. You will coordinate activities, manage contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure safety and plan compliance across sites.
You will lead teams, report to stakeholders, and oversee scheduling, staffing, and vendor relations to deliver high-quality, efficient project outcomes within Greystar's standards.
