Job description
Gilbane is seeking a Senior General Superintendent to oversee field work on one of our largest projects, directing a large team of superintendents and ensuring safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. This on-site role is critical to the project team and requires daily presence on the job site.
You will build high-performing teams, translate project plans into actionable field tasks, and drive safety culture while coordinating with owners, architects, and trade contractors
