Job description
Messer Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on our healthcare and higher education projects. This role focuses on safe, quality construction, LEAN planning, scheduling, cost management, and exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will supervise onsite activities, develop site logistics, drive the schedule, and mentor Messer staff. Rely on Autodesk Build and Procore to implement our standards, with a strong emphasis on zero-injury safety.
