Job description
MasTec seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations on large utility and energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee multiple crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and cost performance across power delivery, renewables, and communications work. This role enforces MasTec’s strong safety and integrity culture while coordinating with project managers and clients to meet milestones. You’ll mentor field leaders, resolve site issues, and drive continuous improvement on complex, high-visibility projects across North America.
