Job description
Kalles Group is seeking a seasoned professional to shape a large retailer's product organization by establishing strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and process discipline. You will partner with the client's Product Owner team to build templates, standards, and an AI-assisted intake tool that drives consistent practices across live work.
You will own delivery end-to-end, coaching teams through structured workshops and office hours while coordinating with leadership.
