What Senior Consultants at Resultance Do

Key Responsibilities
Develop operational excellence action plans to enhance client performance.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German is a plus.
Experience in analyzing current business processes and reporting findings.
Track record of providing productivity and efficiency improvements.
Experience in future‑ready solutions for businesses.
Quantitative research skills and strong analytical abilities.
Project management experience from inception to completion.
