And now, we’re looking for ambitious Senior Recruiters to help grow our San Diego office .
The Role
This is more than just a recruitment job - it’s a chance to build and own your market in one of the country’s leading life sciences hubs. You’ll run a full 360 desk, developing lasting client partnerships and placing specialist talent into high-impact roles across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
You’ll have the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to shape your desk your way - and the support to scale it fast.
What you'll be doing:
Build your own specialist market within Life Sciences, covering areas like R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical.
Win new business and grow existing accounts through outstanding delivery and trusted partnerships.
Source and manage top-tier candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific platforms.
Run the full recruitment process - from first brief to offer management and beyond.
Work closely with the San Diego leadership team to drive the office’s growth strategy.
What We're Looking For
Proven 360 recruitment experience and a consistent record of strong billings.
A confident, credible business developer with a knack for spotting and securing opportunities.
A genuine interest in the life sciences space — experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.
Someone ambitious, proactive, and resilient — ready to build something big in a high-growth business.
What You’ll Get
Uncapped commission up to 40% , plus quarterly bonuses, incentives, and biller competitions.
Tailored leadership training and access to a dedicated L&D team to fast-track your career.
4.5-day work week and flexible working options — we believe in balance, not burnout.
Extra perks like birthday leave, charity days, wellness benefits, and company-paid incentive trips .
A collaborative, supportive culture where people achieve serious results — and have a lot of fun doing it.
This is your chance to join a fast-growing brand, work directly with leadership, and shape the future of BioTalent in San Diego. If you’re driven, ambitious, and ready to build your market, we want to hear from you.
