Job description
Citi ThankYou Rewards is seeking a Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst (Program Manager) in Wilmington, Delaware to drive partner programs and redemption strategies across national brands. You will help shape strategy and governance for third-party redemption and work with internal Citi teams to grow the program.
You will develop decks for senior management, track performance, and identify opportunities to expand redemption partnerships while maintaining control and governance across initiatives.
