Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) seeks a senior program leader to manage a contingent workforce for a Department of War aviation program.

You will act as the primary interface with government authorities, oversee staffing, schedules, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with contract directives. Ideal candidates bring extensive DoW/Naval aviation program experience, strong leadership, and superior written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across federal teams and contractor partners
