Job description
Ryder System, Inc. in Lincoln, NE, seeks a Senior CI Manager to lead a team of CI engineers and quality professionals across multiple sites. You will drive strategy, KPI action plans, and Lean initiatives using data analytics and engineering methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
You will coach teams in PDCA, VSM, Kaizen events and sustainment, interfacing with senior management and customers. Travel as needed to support start-ups, retrofits and expansions.
