Job description
AeroFlow Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence leader to drive lean initiatives on the manufacturing floor. You will lead cross-functional teams, spearhead Kaizen events, and implement TPM, standard work and visual management in aerospace production lines.
You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods to eliminate waste, reduce ergonomic and operational risks, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations while mentoring teams and promoting a culture of safety
