Job description
IDEX is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean initiatives across its Rohnert Park site with required travel to Oak Harbor and Kawaguchi. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff in CI methodologies, and shape end-to-end processes to boost productivity and quality.
The role requires a hands-on leader with Lean Six Sigma, change management experience, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization. Domestic travel approx. 25% is expected.
