Job description
Medical Access & Service Advantage (MASA) seeks a contracts attorney to manage day-to-day contracting and support the General Counsel as the Legal Department grows. You will own the full lifecycle—from intake to renewal—and navigate HIPAA, BAAs, privacy, and data security across a high-volume portfolio.
You’ll independently draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise senior leadership on risk, and help build scalable templates and workflows in a lean, in-house team environment.
