Job description
Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel - Contracts to manage and negotiate diverse procurement and vendor agreements, with a focus on risk allocation and practical legal guidance.
You will partner with procurement, IT, security, and business teams to review terms, draft, and improve contracting templates, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while supporting PSE’s strategic goals.
