Job description
Black River Systems is seeking a Contracts Leader to guide the Contracts Department focused on federal contracts from negotiation to award and closeout. This role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS, coordinates with program managers and finance, and maintains relationships with contracting officers and government agencies.
