Job description
The Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California seeks a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting, payroll, and financial reporting for a $62.6 million budget. You will drive internal controls, audit readiness, and grant accounting while modernizing through automation and AI tools with proper human oversight.
