Job description
Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. in Roxbury, MA, is seeking a Senior Controller to manage daily accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting for a $40M+ nonprofit. You will lead month-end closes, coordinate audits, ensure GAAP compliance and accurate revenue recognition across state contracts.
The role guides the accounting team, collaborates with the CFO on budgeting, and oversees grants, restricted funds, and financial reporting to the board.
