Job description
University of California - Irvine Health seeks a Senior Cook to design and implement upscale, culturally diverse menus for patient care, retail operations and catering. You will prepare and cook dishes from scratch, manage costs and ensure strict sanitation and safety standards across the hospital food service.
The role requires experience in a large kitchen, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work rotating days/nights and weekends in a fast-paced health system setting.
