Job description
MFT is seeking a Senior Sealed System Engineer in Carol Stream, IL, a hybrid, direct-hire role. You will design and implement cooling systems for refrigeration products, leading cross-functional teams and applying 8D problem-solving to ensure reliability and safety.
You will drive technical strategy, develop drawings and analyses, and stay abreast of industry advancements while contributing to product and process improvements.
