Job description
Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS, Sr.) to evaluate, analyze, and perform automated and complex laboratory procedures in the assigned area. The role monitors workflow, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports quality management alongside a leadership team.
Education includes a Bachelor’s degree and successful clinical laboratory training internship, plus national certification (ASCP/AAB/AMT or equivalent).
