Job description
A regional law firm is seeking an attorney with over 7 years of corporate experience to join their Corporate and Tax Department at their Salt Lake City or Lehi office. Candidates should be proficient in M&A and have strong negotiation skills. The firm promotes a diverse workplace and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance and profit-sharing once eligible. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor degree and must be admitted to practice in Utah or able to gain admission by motion.
