Nextpower is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel specializing in commercial contracts to partner with our leadership team. Based in Nashville, Fremont, or remote, you will draft and negotiate key commercial agreements, manage risk, and provide pragmatic legal guidance in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You are a US-licensed attorney with 6–8 years of experience, a hands-on generalist mindset, and strong executive communication skills.
