Job description
Exelon is seeking a senior lawyer to handle complex transactional matters, including commercial, corporate, and procurement work for the Company across multiple units.
Under minimal supervision, you will assess legal and business risks, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide guidance to OpCo and other units. A JD/LLB and active license are required, with 7–10 years of experience.
