Job description
Ankrom Moisan, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm with studios across the US, seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to own the full contract lifecycle and advise leadership on risk and compliance.
This Portland-based hybrid role requires negotiating complex client/consultant agreements, shaping risk guidelines, managing insurance, governance, and leading a Contract Specialist.
You'll partner with outside counsel and leaders to move work forward while protecting firm interests.
