Job description
ConsumerDirect is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel in Irvine, CA to partner with the business on corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, and privacy matters. This in-office role reports to the General Counsel and emphasizes practical, business-focused legal advice, contract playbooks, and scalable operations.
The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end contracts, and help lead regulatory and data privacy initiatives
