Job description
GEODIS is seeking a skilled transactional attorney to join our legal team in Brentwood, TN. You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and statements of work while collaborating with Freight Forwarding, Transportation Management, and Corporate Support units.
You will advise executives on contract status and legal risks, manage multiple projects, and help develop paralegals. Strong MS Office skills and a JD with bar admission are required.
