Job description
Bank of America is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel and manage corporate governance activities for its boards and subsidiaries. You will partner with the Office of the Corporate Secretary and interact with senior leadership to ensure governance processes are effective and compliant.
You will advise on governance matters, support board/committee processes, and draft complex documents while maintaining high integrity and independent judgment in a dynamic financial services
