Froedtert ThedaCare Health is seeking an accomplished legal executive to lead the Corporate Law function within a large Wisconsin health system. As Associate VP, Corporate Law you will advise executive leadership on complex transactions, governance, and real estate, and direct a multidisciplinary team.
You will partner with boards, drive legal operations, and shape strategy across hospitals, physician groups, and joint ventures, balancing risk with growth to support mission-driven care.
