Job description
Greystar is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support its credit origination and capital markets teams in Charleston. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate debt transactions, with involvement from origination to post-closing and CLO coordination.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in CRE credit, a law degree, and strong communication and transactional skills to drive deals to closing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
