Job description
Alpine IQ Inc is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to own end-to-end commercial contracting, privacy, and regulatory guidance across the business. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering to enable growth while protecting the company.
You will advise on SaaS, MSAs, data protection, and compliance matters, and you will own documentation such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This is a hands-on in-house role with opportunities to shape Legal operations.
