Job description

Beam Therapeutics seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate and Securities to join the legal team in Cambridge, MA. You will structure and negotiate collaborations, licensing, and acquisitions, while supporting SEC reporting and governance for Beam as a public company. The role collaborates with BD, finance, IR, and HR, and oversees outside counsel.

This role requires onsite work in Cambridge at least two days per week and offers a base salary range reflecting seniority and market data.
