Job description
MKS is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its global Legal Department in Andover, MA. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Secretary, and work on securities, corporate governance, and other corporate matters, including SEC disclosures and debt refinancings.
