SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide solutions-based counseling to internal clients on a wide range of complex legal and business issues.
You will support Finance and Engineering on corporate transactions, draft and negotiate agreements, lead diligence, and work cross-functionally across the company. On-site role requiring CA bar eligibility and 5+ years of corporate experience.
