Job description
Kroll is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide commercial legal support to its Risk Advisory business in the Americas, focusing on drafting and negotiating client, vendor, product, and data protection agreements.
You will advise business and technology leaders, supervise outside counsel, and collaborate with IP, cyber security and privacy teams. Hybrid Dallas presence 1–2 days weekly; US bar required; 5+ years PQE.
